Pure Yoga Singapore Review

Hola!

I got free class to try at Pure Yoga Singapore from my colleague. First I thought it will be unlimited free pass for 7 days. Ended up, I can only have 3 classes within 7 days πŸ˜“πŸ˜‘ I saw from internet that a lot of people said the facility is like 5 star hotel.

I tried my class at Chevron House (Raffles Place) since its nearer to my home. Since the place is always busy (its at CBD area) so I'm not able to take picture of the shower area. Too bad. But you can look the picture on the internet. Its really like that!

After tried their Hot 26 (which is basically bikram yoga class), I've been sweat a lot. Like A LOT!! I forgot how much hot yoga can make me sweat. And I really miss and love it.

Although I entitled of 3 classes, I just tried one more class which is Hot Hatha 1. I will just burn my last free class because my sales person booked wrong class on my 2nd class (after I told him I didn't want to join their membership for now). Coincidence? LOL. After that totally lazy to use my last free class πŸ˜‚

What I LIKE about Pure Yoga :
1. A lot of yoga classes to choose! Which is good! Ngee Ann even have more choices of class.
2. Facility is soooo good. No kidding! 😍😍Although the locker area look a little bit old, but its still a very nice place. Their shower use door, instead of curtain (like most of yoga studio). I admit Pure Yoga is really generous in terms of facilities. They also provide hair gel, cotton buds, cotton as well on their changing area.
3. A lot of shower area! They have like 20 shower area which is super good, because when I finished my practice during lunch time (1.30 PM), I just need to queue for like 5 mins for the shower. They provide body soap, shampoo and conditioner.
4. Unlimited towels. Oh man, I love this very much! 😍😍 U can take as many towels as you want. They just put all the towels on the racks and feel free to take it.

What I DON'T LIKE like about Pure Yoga :
1. There's no price mention on their website. I know its marketing strategy so that we as customer will go there or call them to know their price. But I really don't like this kind of marketing strategy.
2. Its pricey. I know with that kind of facility sure it will be expensive.
3. Teacher isn't so attentive to the member. I just tried 2 class from them and I saw both my teacher very seldom correcting wrong pose. Wish they can be more attentive!

I really like Pure Yoga. But yeah, I don't sign up for their membership simply because :
1. The price. I found the price is too expensive. Spending almost $200/month (for 1 year contract) while I'm not sure I can commit to do yoga at least 2-3 times/week (otherwise rugi pay so much but seldom come). Honestly speaking, I don't like this kind of 1 year contract things. I rather buy those 10 or 20 classes to use within 3-6 months validity, rather than straight away commit for 1-2 years.
2. Location wise. Pure Yoga only have 3 branches (Chevron House, Asia Square, Ngee Ann City). I stay at West area (Jurong area there) and although it still can be reach by MRT, I still reluctant to join because its still quite far from my home.

Overall, if I still stay at red line, I might join Pure Yoga. Just hope they will lower the price LOL. Or just hope this owner of yoga place will open more yoga place at West Area. Don't keep opening yoga studio on CBD and East area only!
