Life recently
Hi, I've been away for so long.
Many things happened during the past months. My mother in law just passed away (blessed her), so me and my husband family have been very busy doing funeral for her.
And latest update about myself, I finally quit my job! Been wanting to quit my job since long time ago and finally after a year working, I decided not to renew my contract due to many things.
I won't talk so much and so details, just to share somethings that my company made me very unhappy.
-1st things : My company didn't know how to handle foreigner staff. The very basic things, my company never inform me that I'll get 26% deduction of my salary. The 1st time I met the HR, she just said "oh deduction just 6% per year." Can you imagine my feeling when I already sign the contract, and half month join the company and the HR manager inform me and my another Indonesian colleagues that I'll get 26% deduction for tax for 9 bloody months?! (because I join on October 2015 so my tax will continue till June 2016.)
How come YOU as the HR didn't inform earlier about this. If I knew earlier, I for SURE won't join with the company!! I feel my company cheating me. This is the main reason I start to be unhappy with my company.
-2nd things : The management was so bad. The turnover at my company was so high that slowly but sure I realized why the turnover was so high because the management of my company is a S*IT! The boss just know how to scold people but he just gave those rubbish feedback plus he's a very arrogant human being.
-3rd things : My contract suppose to handle A and B only. But turned out I handle A,B,C,D,E (without additional $$). Sorry to say, I'm very particular. If you want me to do some additional things which is NOT stated on my contract and plus no additional money, who will be happy?
-4th things : No communication within the HR. Just recently happened, the HR that handle my resignation things can change till 3 different people in 3 month. Worst things, no communication between them. They just pinpoint to each other. My 2nd HR, count my annual leave still left 5 days,while my calculation was 6 days. And the new HR (3rd person) keep asking me to check with the 2nd HR. I meant, Hello!!!! You are the HR, its your job to count and check my annual leave balance properly and I'm the one who need to keep checking with both of the HR how's the progress. I like... WTH! I was very frustating with my own HR.
Based on the experience above, I have a great conclusion that my company is the WORST company I ever join. I even think last time my company at Indonesia much better handling the staff, lol. Don't even compare with the my previous HR company at Singapore. My Singapore company is like the most proffesional & efficient HR ever (compare with the my current company at KL, lol.)
Thus, I decided to resign. How to work when since the beginning the company already being a jerk!
And next 2 weeks, I'm gonna apply for LTSVP. Hope everything going smoothly and I'm going to upload the steps here. Wish me luck.
